5/11/2024  Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer special discounts for Circle of Sisters. You may also call Conferences and Events at 1.800.328.1111 - Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. (EST) and refer to Meeting Event Code - NY3CP

*Please note there is not a service fee for reservations booked and ticketed via the reservation 800 number.

The committee is still working with other airlines trying to secure discounts.

2/27/24 Good morning ladies. Unfortunately, the room block went quickly. The AKCOS committee will be working closely with the hotel to get more rooms added to the block. The committee is also working with overflow hotels. Please be patient and kind while the committee do what is needed. Also, please DO NOT call the hotel directly so everything can work as smoothly as possible. We understand your frustration and they are doing all they can to accommodate the overwhelming response.
