Hotel link is now open. Our apologies for the delay

It has come to our attention that there are a number of you who have made reservations which were later cancelled and ,to date, you have not received a reinstatement from the Westin. If you are one of these people, please immediately contact Dianna B. COSXXIV Hotel Liaison at 2021hotels@circleofsisters.org or Snoopy at Snoopy1974@sbcglobal.net or Snoopy@circleofsisters.org. If you have more than one reservation and are not sure that you will be using it, we would like to know that as well. It is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible so we can get an accurate room night count and determine how many additional rooms we need.

COVID-19 has added a new level of challenges, which will require us to postpone activating our hotel reservation link. We are asking for your support and understanding. We will continue to update you as we have new information. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We know it has been frustrating.

It has come to our attention someone contracted the Corona virus while in Detroit.

They shared it takes 14 days for symptoms to show up. (Convention ended 3/1/2020)

They stated they had to have ALL of the following symptoms within those 14 days of contact before they could be tested.

·       Sore throat

·       Runny nose, not a cold. A runny nose.

·       A horrific headache

·       A very very dry cough

·       A body that feels like a truck hit you

·       A very high fever

·       Short of breath

They suggested If you have ALL of the above, you should CALL your healthcare provider's office. Do not just show up there.

There are precautions and screening questions they must ask you.

Thank you for working with us. The hotel has sent out emails to those that show double bookings and we're hoping to have this issue resolved by next week. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are doing our very best to serve the fellowship.

HOTEL UPDATE  5:30 pm pst.
Tomorrow (3/11/2020) the hotel will send all persons showing multiple reservations an email asking them to confirm if multiple reservations are required. Please watch your emails

HOTEL UPDATE 2:30pm pst
We spoke with the hotel and provide copies of the reports that show duplicate bookings. The hotel will be reviewing the reports and may be contacting attendees regarding reservations. We are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.  Reminder the convention is still a year out.

HOTEL UPDATE

We apologize for the continued inconvenience this is causing. We continue to see bookings that inflate our room block. We are trying to ensure the reservations are accurate, so we have a better understanding of what an increase should be. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Just a reminder; booking extra rooms then canceling them before the event, hinders us in making an accurate room block.
